Here it is : What is the effect of Contextual of Teaching and Learning on the English Speaking proficiency of the students studying at senior high school ?

Considering your research problem above, it seems that it would be a qualitative research because you may not know what kinds of effect you are looking for.

Is there the impact achievement between the students who taught through picture and the students who are not taught through picture and picture method.

Are you talking about the difference between the two methods?
The question of “Is there the impact achievement …” cannot be understood.
Please revise the research problem and hypotheses.

Your research problem is interesting. However, this is not under constructivism as it is to see the effect of something you can measure exactly.
This must be under positivism paradigm. To see the effect, it is not very appropriate if you use only questionnaire. There must be an experiment. Therefore, the approach MUST NOT be qualitative; it must be QUANTITATIVE.
Would you revise it please.

Your idea is ok for a qualitative research.
However, the tittle and the statement of problem does not really match each other.
In addition, what do mean by “THE USE OF RELATIVE PRONOUN MADE”. Can relative pronounce use be made?

1. Background of the study
Vocabulary is one of language elements that is important. We at least cannot speak without existence of vocabulary. There are many ways to memorize vocabulary. Everybody has different ways to get vocabulary depending on their favorite. But it is not easy although which that based on their favorable ways because each word consists of many various meanings. So memorizing word by word may be not practical and effective. And we are today easy to meet bilingual books in many various subjects of studies and can less us to open dictionary at that moment.
1. Research question
Therefore, are those bilingual books effective to student in memorizing vocabulary and using it right?
– Research hypothesis
Research hypothesis of this study is the existence of effective bilingual books influence to the student in memorizing vocabulary and using it right.
– Null hypothesis
Null hypothesis of this study is no influence of bilingual books to the effectiveness of memorizing vocabulary.
3. Significance of the study
The significance of this study is to the researcher to get information about influence of bilingual books to the student in effectiveness of memorizing vocabulary and using vocabulary in right place or in danger of making student lazy slowly.
4. Operational definition of key terms
To Bloomfield (1933:56) Bilingual is understanding that domination of second Ianguage by that man is same as perfect as with domination of first language, native-like control of two languages. Opinion of Bloomfield supported by Thiery (1978), saying that one who is really bilingual becomes member of two different language societies, which about residing in same cultural and social level.

6. Research methods
– Identification of variables
The population of the study is the third class of MA Almas’udiyah Pramian.
– Sample and sample procedure
The sample of the study is the twelfth year students have been selected by the researcher. The number quantities of the students are sufficiently to be sampling because the researcher needs only no more than 30 students to obtain the data.
7. Research design
The research design of this study is quantitative research to determine the relationship between one thing and another in population.
8. Research tools
The research tool is questionnaires which are distributed to all the samples of this study.
